Privacy Policy – Workout Schedule
1. Overview
Workout Schedule is a fitness app. The app displays ads and offers an in-app purchase to remove ads.
This policy explains what data may be processed, why, and what choices you have.
2. Data we process
We aim to minimize data collection. Data may be processed in the following cases:
A) Advertising (AdMob)The app uses ads provided through Google (AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK). The ads SDK may collect and process data such as:
Device information (e.g., device model, OS version, language)
Advertising-related identifiers (e.g., advertising ID where applicable)
IP address (may be used for coarse location/region)
Interaction data (e.g., ad views/clicks, frequency), and performance/crash-related diagnostics
This is used to serve ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, and improve stability/performance.
B) In-app purchase (Remove Ads)The app offers a one-time in-app purchase to remove ads. Purchases are processed by Apple’s payment system. We do not receive your payment card details. We may process technical information needed to:
validate the purchase
restore purchases across your devices (if supported)
C) User content in the appWorkout plans/schedules/notes you create are typically stored locally on your device unless you enable a separate cloud/account feature. If we add cloud sync later, we may update this policy.
3. Consent (EEA/UK)
In the EEA/UK (and in some cases Switzerland), consent may be required for personalized ads. Google requires a certified consent solution in these regions when serving personalized ads, where applicable.
You can also manage ad personalization through your device settings where available.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share data with:
Advertising partners via the Google Mobile Ads SDK for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.
Service providers necessary to operate and troubleshoot the app (only to the extent you have integrated such services).
5. Retention
Advertising-related data is generally handled and retained by third parties under their own policies and legal obligations.
Locally stored app data remains until you delete it or uninstall the app.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, delete, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where consent is used.
7. Children
The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect data. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
